利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MINE CART RUSH（以下「当サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。当サービスをご利用になる前に、本規約をよくお読みください。当サービスを利用した場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

4. ゲーム内通貨・ガチャ

ゲーム内コイン・スキン等のゲーム内アイテムは、すべてゲーム内でのみ有効な仮想データです。現金への換金・譲渡はできません。また、サービス終了時にはすべてのゲームデータが消滅する場合があります。

5. 広告の表示

当サービスでは、Google AdSenseを通じて広告を表示しています。広告の内容は第三者が提供するものであり、当サービスは広告内容について一切の責任を負いません。

6. 免責事項

当サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。当サービスの利用により生じた損害について、当サービス運営者は一切の責任を負いません。通信環境・ブラウザの種類等によりサービスが正常に動作しない場合があります。

7. 知的財産権

当サービスのゲーム内容・グラフィック・音声・テキスト等の著作権はすべて当サービス運営者に帰属します。無断での複製・転載・改変を禁じます。

8. 規約の変更
